Alafouzou Cave Loft – Blu Bianco Cave Houses is located in the center of the old part of Oia right next to the spot which is well known worldwide for the sunset. It is an area where you can enjoy your dinner at the restaurants or walk across the caldera watching the sunset, the cliffs etc.

Our Luxury Selection

In this two hundred years old cave house you can experience the Traditional Cycladic Architecture which meets luxury, splendor and comfort. It was renovated in 2010 with respect to the traditional architecture which has a history of three thousand years but at the same time we respect the modern needs of the most demanding.

The villa is 80m2 (124.000sqft) and consists of a central open-plan living room and dining room that includes two sofas (one of the sofas can be used as a comfortable single bed), TV set with cable, DVD player and radio/CD player.

The kitchen is located on the same floor and has all the required amenities to make you feel at home, you will find a medium sized fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker and you can even make mojitos by picking on the Mint and ice found at the terrace. On the same floor, there is a bathroom (inc. washing machine) which was carefully created by forging cement in blue shade reflecting the colours of the Greek sky and the Aegean waters.

On the upper floor we have 2 bedrooms and a WC with a shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet, desk and a TV. The second room has two single beds which can be joined together if required to make a queen sized bed.

The terrace has all the privacy you need in order to enjoy the use of hydro-massage by having a bottle of wine (we always offer as a welcome upon our guest’s arrival) hoping to make you feel like home.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation with the most perfect view of the caldera!
The description of the home is accurate. Cleaning was done on a daily basis and was good. Sofia went above and beyond what we had expected when, after escorting us to our home for a week, she turned around and walked me back to the grocery store, gave me some suggestions on wine and cheese and then walked me back to a point that I was comfortable finding my way home. She was always available and arranged trips for us giving suggestion when asked. We have absolutely no complaints and nothing but the highest praise for Sofia and Konstantino.

Great location in Oia
This beautiful apartment has a great location in Oia, very convenient to shopping, great restaurants, and the local port, which is an ideal departure point for excursions on the water. Sophia was very welcoming and set us up with a prime-time sunset reservation at Kastro, which was excellent, in addition to leaving us with a whole list of fantastic recommendations to fill our time in Santorini.

It’s great to live in there loft!

This home truly made our stay in Santorini unforgettable.
There's literally nothing negative to share about this home. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable and came with the most incredible views. It's not on the side with the sunset, but we appreciated that all the more as we were not faced with crowds watching the sunset every day and had an incredible view of the caldera instead. The hosts here were amazing. They could not be more welcoming, helpful or more responsive. This home truly made our stay in Santorini unforgettable.

This was a beautiful place to stay, with a fantastic view of the Caldera, a hot tub overlooking the sea, and a very good creperie just around the corner. I highly suggest the crepes with honey. Konstantinos (along with his sheepdog sidekick) is a fantastic host. We wanted for nothing, and we sincerely hope that we can come back to stay at this beautiful home. “Best Vacation Home”
This wonderful home was exactly what we wanted for our week stay in Oia. The host was great about picking us up at the airport, porters to handle the bags, stocking the refrigerator, suggestions of things to do, and being available for any and everything!
